Sustainable action, resource-conserving management and a focus on the essentials have long been part of ME MesseEvents' philosophy and we are constantly endeavouring to improve in this area. We were therefore all the more pleased to help organise the "Sustainability Congress" organised by Drescher&Cie. and to support the central information and networking platform on the topic of "sustainable investments".
We took over the planning and realisation of the exhibition stands, including optimal use of space, detailed electrical planning and stand construction. The precise measurement of the stand areas enabled efficient space utilisation. The electrical supply to all stands was carefully planned. In addition, high-quality and durable materials ensured a uniform and professional appearance for the event
Stand construction
All exhibition stands were built using our tried-and-tested system construction method, which is characterised by flexibility, sustainability and an attractive appearance. Our quarterly serviced system construction material ensured that the exhibition stands had a modern, uniform and high-quality appearance
Individualisation
Each exhibitor received a catalogue individually designed for the Sustainability Congress with an ordering option. In addition, they were able to equip their stands with large-scale graphics, high-quality furniture or signage and thus customise their appearance
Efficiency
Our innovative system solutions, including the ME-Stretchframe wall system, enabled a fast and precise set-up, which was completed in record time despite the size of the event
