Everyone knows it, many wish for it ... a heart project.
The DWT SGW naval workshop is one such project for us. For more than a decade, we have been able to support the congress, which itself has a three-decade history as an important meeting place for topics relating to the German navy. The size of the event is constantly growing, which means that we too are constantly faced with new challenges and have to keep developing our commitment and concepts.
Conception, organisation, planning, construction, communication - this is just a small part of the comprehensive project support for the Marineworkshop. We are responsible for drawing up the stand and electrical plans, communicating with the exhibitors, measuring the stand areas and setting up the exhibition stands
Stand construction
65 exhibitors, 750 metres of wall system wall system and more than 900 m² of stand space. With our system construction solutions, we were able to set up the exhibition stands in record time and complete everything down to the last detail right up to the handover. To give the event that certain something, we not only used system construction solutions, but also implemented customised concepts as required. Our stretch frame and smooth wall solutions are used for this. Because in addition to "chic, simple, standard", we also offer "modern, unusual and individual"
Event technology
In addition to setting up the exhibition, we were also responsible for setting up the plenum and the sound system for the evening event. It had to be big and that's what we delivered. 20 metres wide, 5.5 metres high, 4 projection screens. In addition, the plenum was equipped with a sophisticated video and audio concept
